The course of the heart is an event organized each year by the French Federation of Cardiology which aims to promote to the general public the importance of practicing physical activity to maintain a healthy heart.
Thus, before taking the spring holidays, all the pupils of the Saint-Joseph school took an active part in sports activities: routes for the little ones, cycling for GS, CP, CE1 and a hiking for the older ones. Previously, in the morning, the CE2, CM1 and CM2 were able to listen to the advice given by a doctor on the good habits to follow to avoid cardiovascular disease: playing sports, having a balanced diet…
At the end of the day, parents were also invited to take part in this event by means of a flash mob; very convivial and festive moment! Congratulations to all, young and old, for this active participation.
Rando Tarn-Madagascar. The Tarn-Madagascar association is organizing its spring hike on Sunday June 11, a 12 km loop around Montredon-Labessonnié, which is the meeting place for the start, registration from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the multipurpose hall .
Hot meal served in the Montredon room: improved aperitif, suckling pig and its vegetables, Viane cheese, tart, coffee. After the meal, small loop from 3 p.m., sweet omelet.
