Pechbonnieu. Discovering healthcare professions

The Ernest Boué centre, a specialized reception center for adults with intellectual disabilities or mental disorders, member of the RESO association (Résilience Occitanie), is taking part for the first time in the “Santé vous Utile” day, organized on 25 next May by FEHAP (federation of solidarity-based private hospital and personal assistance establishments). In total, 130 establishments in Occitanie are mobilizing to deal with the tensions in human resources in the health professions of the medico-social sector. This day will take place on Thursday afternoon from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. curious to discover exciting professions” specifies Mrs. Camptort, director of the FAS of Pechbonnieu. It is a time for meeting and discussing with the professionals of the centre. The presentation of the activities of the home will be made by the residents, totally involved in this day. “Arousing vocations is our main objective, because even if our center is not suffering in terms of HR, it is important for us to discover the richness of these professions. Some of them are still poorly known to the general public and yet so essential to our society”.
