Pilates classes with Sabine Protopopoff

Sabine Protopopoff is a certified Pilates teacher, sports educator of activities for all. Passionate, respectful, in search of exchange between people in groups, she has 15 years of experience in Pilates. She teaches all levels (fundamental, intermediate, advanced) with and without equipment and on Reform (Pilates machine).

After Paris and abroad, she has worked for 21 years in Lot, Puy-l’Évêque, Duravel, Marminiac, Cahors, Prayssac for 15 years and since the start of the Lagardelle school year for lack of room. After having worked on several techniques, she has devoted herself exclusively to technique and stretching for 15 years. His Pilates studio in Prayssac was created in 2011.

The objective of his method is to bring the body back into an ideal alignment thus creating a strong stability, thereby limiting pain and permanent injuries, a gentle but demanding body work.

The sessions are organized in groups of 7 to 12 people, special attention, the Pilates methodology requires its teacher to observe, listen, be rigorous in giving instructions and correct answers. These classes are open to everyone, Monday and Wednesday 9.15 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. (4 classes), Tuesday 5.30 p.m. and 6.45 p.m. (2 classes); an additional stretching course is organized on Tuesdays at 9.30 am Possibility of private lessons.
