The Mutualité française Occitanie invites seniors, as part of the Conference of funders of the prevention of loss of autonomy, to a two-day course to benefit from recommendations and advice adapted to physical activity in order to prevent falls. .

For people aged 60 and over, Tuesday June 6 and Wednesday June 7 from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Compulsory participation in both days. For you and your loved ones.

Free on registration on 05 31 48 11 55 (from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. from Monday to Thursday and from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday).

Precise locations will be communicated upon registration. Within the limit of available seats.

On the program, workshops led by professionals.

First day. Workshops led by a teacher in adapted physical activities: what is falling? How to prevent the risk of falls? Games around balance. Practice at home.

Second day. In the morning, workshop led by an occupational therapist: my home and the risk of falls. The different possible aids. In the afternoon, workshop led by a teacher in adapted physical activities: introduction to Nordic walking. At 12 p.m., meals taken from the bag taken together (dessert offered by the Mutualité française Occitanie).
