Canceled last year due to an insufficient number of exhibitors and after the “Covid years” which put a lot of entertainment under the snuffer, the garage sale of the “Olemps smile” association, organized for the benefit of the Telethon was finally making its comeback.

An uncertain return on Mother’s Day but which has finally found its audience. About fifty stands were offered to the curiosity of visitors to the Espace Georges-Bru, few exhibitors having taken the risk of setting up their tables outside, for fear of the announced storms. But only a short downpour in the middle of the afternoon disrupted the event.

Volunteers from Olemps smile and the Telethon were on site from 7 a.m. to welcome exhibitors and took turns in good spirits throughout the day to man the refreshment bar, prepare and serve the fries, which sold well. ! In total, it is a nice sum of €1,000 that Olemps smile was able to give to Mimi Gayraud, Telethon delegate for the municipality.

The next activity offered by Olemps smile will be the gourmet market on June 29.
