Friday, May 26, the class of ST2S (sciences and technologies of health and social) of the Lycée Bourdelle organized a day of action and prevention of sexuality among young people. In collaboration with the Montalban association Féminité sans abri, but also with the CPAM and the CIDFF, the students of Bourdelle organized various stands and activities on sexual and emotional life.
“The objective is to make all the young people in high school aware of the problems that we can have. We have carried out surveys in the establishment, some young people are not well informed about the means of contraception, protection against infections transmitted sexually”, explains Aurélie Duforets. Some of the high school students gathered in the afternoon to attend a play performed by some of them on the theme of menstrual poverty. “I think we don’t talk enough about menstrual poverty at school and at work. It’s good to have talked about it, this subject has become taboo when it’s something natural”, explain the Terminale students. This awareness day is welcome for the Féminité sans abri association, which has come to collect a collection of hygiene products that will be distributed to people in precarious situations. It was in a relaxed atmosphere that high school students and associations were able to talk all day.
