Ambre graduated as a sports educator in 2018. A month ago, she opened her own room at No. 4 Place Gaspard Fieubert. Its particularity is to target a 100% female clientele.
After giving sports lessons at the park last year, Ambre shared a lot with her members. She had negative feedback on traditional gyms. Indeed, the participants in her classes evoke “the fear of the gaze of others and their discomfort within groups in which they do not feel in their place”. They speak of “their complexes and their desire for well-being and not for performance”.
Added to her desire to create a real closeness with her clients is the desire to allow them to be fully at ease.
Studio 320 therefore opened its doors last April. “My clientele is not ultra-sporty and I want to provide them with real support.” Classes are therefore limited to 10 participants. “It allows you to create a real bond and to follow each one personally.”
You will find muscle strengthening, a slimming circuit or cardio with zumba in a zen and minimalist decor.
Here, no subscription, we work by the session for more flexibility.
At Studio 320, you can also take part in dance lessons from time to time, such as reggaeton. These courses are open to everyone.
From September, Ambre will offer parent/child classes on Wednesdays.
Do not hesitate to push the door for a free trial lesson!
