Sunday, June 25, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Valérie Catala offers you a day of initiation to the detailed observation of wild plants and the techniques of sylvotherapy.

The outing takes place in the Comminges, at the foot of the Pyrenees, on country trails and in the forest. The walk does not involve any technical or physical difficulty. The final choice of the place of exit is validated and communicated by email before the date because it takes into account several criteria (weather, stages of flowering of the vegetation, forest cuts, etc.).

On the program: observation of the flora with a botanical magnifying glass, medicinal virtues and traditional uses of the species observed, benefits and energetic messages of the flowers (Bach flowers), meditative type exercises and sensory games, Celtic approach to the four elements and trees, music of plants and trees, connection to trees. Written materials are sent by email after the day of the release. The next releases are scheduled for Saturday July 8 and Sunday September 24. The number of places being limited, registration essential on the Facebook page of “nature outing and forest bathing”.
