It is a journey along the Canal des Deux-Mers that the Stéréotandem association has chosen to raise awareness about autism.
Stéréotandem is an association that helps the inclusion of people with autism through music therapy and live performance. It has its place of creation open to all; special children become artists on stage, performers of their creations. The show “Arthur pushed his bed under the Moon” was born from this initiative.
This musical show will be presented this month, in several municipalities, in order to make these special children better known and understood.
“I am Lætitia, Arthur’s mother. Jean-François, my husband, is a songwriter. We both have the same passion for music and song. We also share our moments of musical creation with Arthur We record with him improvised songs, on the spot, which help him overcome his anxieties.”
With this show, prejudices are swept away to give way to the poetry of difference where we understand that all children are little princes.
