Prevention at work is coming to the spa town, and to do this, the Muret Comminges Occupational Health Service is setting up 21 workshops on Thursday 22 June.
Putting it into practice, immersion, and raising awareness are the key words of this prevention day. A prevention village that also highlights bad practices at work. “People often forget the right postures, to take breaks. Some think little of the risks they encounter daily in their work” assure Damien Nogues (occupational health nurse), Françoise Labadie (preventer) as well as Sabine Sangay (medical assistant ). The trio that will be present during this prevention village will take place at the Pavillond Normand. A free entrance allows to open this animation to all. “The curious will be able to come, you never know, some often come with questions which concern other people in the hemicycle. It will also be an opportunity to discover different professions and to exchange” continue the organizers.
Workshops will result in concrete practices, which increases the awareness of the participants. “By recreating their workspace, we put them in real conditions and it is more effective for prevention”.
