A breath of fresh air for friends of the valleys
Odyssey of “Friends of the Valleys” who have succeeded in the challenge of cycling 350 km on the Vélodyssée. Good in body, good in mind, it is in this spirit that 12 septuagenarians set off for a week on the cycle paths from Cap Ferret to Bayonne. They came home dazed with the fresh air, the sun, their calves tired, but everyone felt this feeling of well-being, far from the daily hassles. Cycling alleviates stress, anxiety and feelings of isolation.
This group formed within our association has already made the Canal du Midi, last September, the side channel of the Garonne (Toulouse Bordeaux) and this last trip. Next release as soon as possible. “We thank Groupama Arreau for its support.”
Hèches this Sunday, June 18concentration of old and recent cars, in the morning at the village hall of Hèches, entertainment, raffle of many prizes with the partner Balnéa de Loudenvielle.
