The PASA (Adapted care and activity center) of the Ehpad Saint-Joseph de Fronton, nicknamed by the residents the “Little House”, organized an open house afternoon on Friday June 2.
The purpose of this snack was to introduce people to the place as well as the activities offered such as cooking, gardening, discussion workshops, songs, gymnastics, memory workshop or even laughter yoga. This day was also an opportunity to present the multidisciplinary team that works there: ASG (gerontology care assistant), occupational therapist and psychologist.
The center of activities and adapted care allows a small group of residents every day to benefit from personalized care in a privileged setting, with the aim of maintaining capacities, reducing behavioral problems and maintaining social ties. .
