The new Oh Activ senior services residence opened its doors on May 15. Already, some residents have taken possession of their homes, in a quality environment and where the services offered are many and varied.
It is on the edge of the quiet district of Figarol, that the discreet residence Oh Activ (you can’t see it from rue du IV Septembre…) is installed, and now open. A kind of island of calm, 5 minutes walk from the city center and essential shops. “Proximity is part of our specifications”, underlines Mrs. Agot, the director of the site which offers 96 apartments, from T1 to T3. For a one-bedroom apartment, rents start at €1,099 per month, €1,299 for a one-bedroom apartment and €1,899 for a three-bedroom apartment. These rents therefore include bedding, household linen, connected television and tablet as well as breakfast. lunch.
