the essential
The new Oh Activ senior services residence opened its doors on May 15. Already, some residents have taken possession of their homes, in a quality environment and where the services offered are many and varied.

It is on the edge of the quiet district of Figarol, that the discreet residence Oh Activ (you can’t see it from rue du IV Septembre…) is installed, and now open. A kind of island of calm, 5 minutes walk from the city center and essential shops. “Proximity is part of our specifications”, underlines Mrs. Agot, the director of the site which offers 96 apartments, from T1 to T3. One more senior residence? Maybe not… “We offer services that you can’t find elsewhere,” she assures us in the large dining room. From the restaurant, not from the refectory. “Yes, we have a resident chef, who prepares meals for lunch and dinner, every day, with local products. And I should point out that the restaurant is open to non-residents, it’s good for diversity, and we We have already had external “clients”, in particular local residents, who have come to see.” And they could see that the place is just lovely; tastefully decorated. Digging further, we note a coworking space, again the mix, a large conviviality room with armchairs and a giant screen. “We are organizing an open evening on June 21 with the Roof Graden group, Latin jazz”, slips the director.

Modern and connected

Also on the ground floor, a large wellness area, with a hairdresser, a gym (a facilitator and sports coach is in the walls) equipped with indoor bikes. And right next to it, a swimming lane, doubled by a sauna. Downright ! It is true that here, seniors must be independent, and are often athletic. In the two wings of the building, with modern but totally integrated architecture, there are apartments, from T1 to T3. “Apart from the 2-bedroom apartments on the top floor, they all have a terrace or a large balcony.” And above all, they are very well equipped: the kitchenettes have a refrigerator, a hob, a microwave oven, the living room has a table and chairs, as for the bedrooms, they have bedding. Clearly, you can move in directly… And that’s not all, home automation is everywhere. “Each apartment is equipped with a connected television, with a call button on the remote control, which alerts our teams in the event of a problem, 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, and a personal tablet, which allows control the rolling curtains, adjust the air conditioning, order a meal or a service, without leaving home.” Because these are real homes, everyone has their own personal mailbox, everyone can take advantage of the services offered as they wish. “It’s completely à la carte, there is everything, even a remote assistance service during outings, but nothing is compulsory, everyone is free.” But frankly, it would be a shame not to take advantage of it…

A la carte prices too

For a one-bedroom apartment, rents start at €1,099 per month, €1,299 for a one-bedroom apartment and €1,899 for a three-bedroom apartment. These rents therefore include bedding, household linen, connected television and tablet as well as breakfast. lunch. Then, you can opt for a personal assistance service (cleaning, administrative assistance, etc.) for €145 per month, choose the half-board and personal assistance option (€490 per month) or the all inclusive, with all meals (730 per month). “But of course, you can also choose to have lunch or dinner one or two days a week, everything is à la carte”, underlines the director.
